The AI Brand Foundation Sprint can be funded as a consulting service via the BAFA programme „Promotion of entrepreneurial know-how“. Depending on the federal state and company size, up to 50 % of the net costs are eligible for funding.

FAQ

Who is the Sprint suitable for?

For any company that needs a clear brand positioning - whether a start-up before its first launch, a scale-up in the growth phase or a medium-sized company launching a new product or repositioning itself. Prerequisite: at least one decision-maker is present on the workshop days.

What if we already have a positioning?

We then check in preflight whether it works. It often turns out that the existing positioning is not lived internally or is not differentiated on the market. The sprint sharpens it and translates it into a system that works in everyday life.

Do we need AI experience?

No. We will teach you everything you need on day 4. The prompt system is designed so that even AI beginners can work with it straight away.

How does the sprint work remotely?

We work with digital whiteboards (Miro/FigJam) and video conferencing. Experience shows that remote works at least as well. On-site in Cologne or at your location is also possible.

We are a start-up - isn't that too expensive?

The Foundation package from €6,900 is deliberately designed so that it is also feasible for early-stage companies. And with the BAFA subsidy, the personal contribution can be halved to around €3,400.

How many people can take part?

Anything is possible from 1 to 8 people. It is important that at least one decision-maker is present on days 1, 2 and 5. The more diverse the team (marketing, sales, product, management), the better the result. Larger groups are also possible on request.

Can the sprint also be held in English?

Yes, the workshop, documentation and prompt system can also be supplied completely in English or bilingual (DE/EN) for an additional charge.
