With its new product vision, TrustYou developed faster than its brand image. Narratives, visuals, and touchpoints no longer fit together consistently – and the growing product world could no longer be clearly communicated to the outside world in terms of benefits and differentiation.
We realigned the visual and verbal brand story and created a system that makes complex product relationships easy to communicate in a modular, cross-channel manner – as a basis for go-to-market, website, campaigns, sales enablement and events.
Brand transformation only works when product, marketing and sales speak the same language. In cross-departmental workshops, we honed common goals, developed product narratives and structured the value proposition in such a way that individual functions became understandable as part of a coherent ecosystem. Building on this, we further developed the brand, messaging and design system so that TrustYou could visibly demonstrate its leadership position – bold, forward-looking and distinctive.
In order to roll out the brand consistently to the outside world, we have also developed a clear event and trade fair design that is scalable in just a few building blocks and is immediately recognisable on the most important stages.
